Third Gabapentin capsule: only if you think Oscah is still unsettled, within the vet's prescribed instructions. Trazodone: only when truly needed and as prescribed, because it makes him very sleepy now.

Carry him out for the toilet and gently back inside. No running, jumping, playing or wandering out the front. Keep his playpen near you, reassure him if he's unsettled and limit treats while he's resting.
Restlessness, panting or nudging might mean he needs water, the toilet or comfort. Watch for anything unusual, especially changes in breathing or mobility.
